In addition to capacity-building initiatives, Blonergy supports this mission by manufacturing essential biogas equipment and tools, making them accessible to local communities that previously lacked such resources. What is Biogas?
Biogas is a clean, renewable source of energy that helps protect the environment.
It is generated through anaerobic digestion, a process in which microorganisms break down organic materials, such as food scraps or animal waste in the absence of oxygen.
The resulting biogas is primarily composed of methane and carbon dioxide, with trace amounts of hydrogen sulphide, siloxanes, and moisture. The exact composition depends on the type of organic waste used in production.
